Abstract: | This paper discussed the shape and forming position of the cohesive zone in the Blast Furnace by suing the dynamic hot model of three-dimension.Experiment results show that the shape of the cohesive zone changes from W type to inverse V type with the decrease of center O/C.When the Center Coke Charging Method is applied,the perfect inverse V type cohesive zone can be formed.With the increase of total ore/coke,the cohesive zone top lowers,the bottom rises,the form index (I)increases,the free factor height decreases,and the resistance of burden increases. |
