| Abstract: | This paper introduces the features of the digital resources, analyzes on the present situation of the construction of the digital resources of the libraries of newly upgraded universities, expounds the main factors influencing the utilization ratio of the digital resources, and puts forward some measures for increasing the utilization rate of the digital resources of the libraries of newly upgraded universities. |
