摘    要:运用计算流体动力学(CFD)对轴流血泵的流体动力学特性进行分析,研究血液流经叶轮的速度、压力、剪切变形率等参数的分布以及螺旋叶片对血液的破坏作用。结果表明:血液在叶轮内的流动是一种非常复杂的三维流动,而基于流线型的叶轮设计可以避免血液在流动过程中产生湍流、涡流以及较高的剪切力。血液流经血泵的速度场、压力场及剪切变形率的分布都比较均匀,变化梯度小,从而有效的减少血液破坏。

Abstract:The hydrodynamic performance of an axial blood pump has been analysed numerically by utilizing Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD),and the parameters,such as speed,pressure,shear strain rate and the spiral blade destructive effects to blood have been studied.Results indicates that the blood flowing state in the pump is a very complex three dimensional flow,the turbulent,the eddy and the high shear stress in the process of blood flow can be better avoided by the blood pump based on the stream-lined design.The distributions of the blood velocity field,pressure field and shear strain rate are all even,the changing gradients are small,thus the blood destruction can be effectively reduced.
