| 摘 要： | 金融是现代经济的核心，而金融安全又是国家经济安全的核心，因此，预防金融犯罪、降低金融风险是金融部门的一个重要任务。论述了金融犯罪的特点，从体制、机制、法律、技术、主观、客观上分析了产生金融犯罪的原因。

| Abstract: | The finance is the core of the modern economy, and the financial security is the core the national economic security. Therefore, preventing the financial crimes and reducing the financial risks are the important tasks of the financial departments. This paper discusses on the features of the financial crimes, and analyzes on the reasons of the financial crimes from aspects of the system mechanism, law, technique, subjectivity and objectivity. |
