| 摘 要： | 为了适应时代的要求，现代教师必须具备正确的思想政治和品德素质，必须具备的教学创新能力、教学研究能力、激活创造性的能力、信息驾驭和教育预见能力、心理辅导能力等基本能力素质，同时必须具备综合全面、广专结合的文化素质和扎实精深、灵活多变的专业素质。
