强制对流对 AlSi7.0 合金定向凝固界面溶质分布的影响

摘    要:研究了定向凝固条件下强制性对流对AlSi7.0合金凝固界面溶质原子分布的影响。强制性对流是利用金属熔体流过凝固界面上方的内部坩埚底部中心的开孔形成的。试验结果表明,随着冷却速度的提高,试样中共晶体的体积分数减小,而共晶体中硅的体积分数却有所增加。强制性对流条件下,合金的共晶体体积分数以及共晶体中的Si粒子的体积分数都较只有自然对流时高。

Effect of forced convection on AlSi7.0 alloy solidification front solute distribution
Abstract:The influence of the forced convection on the solute distribution on the solidification front under unidirectional solidification of AlSi7.0 was investigated. The forced convection was produced by the flow of the liquid through the central opening in the bottom of the internal crucible. The experimental results show that the fraction of eutectic in the sample was decreased, while the Si fraction in the eutectic was increased with the enhancement of the cooling rate. With the forced convection the volume fraction of eutectic and the fraction of Si particles in eutectic are higher than that under natural convection.
