| 摘 要： | 在分析数字程控交换机中继电路板特性的基础上 ,提出了对其进行质量检测和故障诊断功能的测试方法和实现原理 ,并设计出测试系统的硬件结构和软件结构。经实际应用表明 ,该系统方法实用 ,性能可靠。其研究结果对其他类似电路的测试 ,具有同样的参考价值
