| 摘 要： | 无菌苗法研究链霉素对油菜、水稻幼苗生长的影响,结果表明:链霉素浸种油菜种子,能抑制叶绿体的形成,抑制根的生长,并随着使用浓度的升高,抑制作用增强;而子叶期喷药只能抑制根的生长.链霉素浸种水稻种子,在较高浓度下能影响水稻幼苗株高;水稻芽期喷药对幼苗生长无影响.

| Abstract: | Aseptic seedlings are applied to study the effects of streptomycin on the seedling growth of rice and rape. Results show that the pretreatment of rape seeds with streptomycin can inhibit the formation of chloroplasts and the growth of roots, and the effect became more obvious when the concentration used is elevated; however, during cotyledon period the treatment of rape seedlings with streptomycin can only inhibit the growth of roots. The pretreatment of rice seeds with streptomycin can influence the height of seedlings at higher concentration; yet the treatment of rice buds with streptomycin has no effect on the growth of seedling. |
