| 摘 要： | 国务院于2009年9月1日印发了《指导意见》标志着新型农村社会养老保险工作正式启动,但对于构建和谐中国,协调城乡发展,缩小地区差距的要求而言,农村的养老保险制度还存在很多的缺陷。本文针对民族地区农村的养老保险制度提出一些看法,希望对完善农村社会养老保险制度有所帮助。

| Abstract: | ＂The Guidance＂ issued by the State Council on the September 1st 2009 has indicated that the new rural social pension insurance put into operation. But there are many defects in the rural pension insurance system in terms of the requirements of building harmonious China, coordinating urban and rural development, and reducing the regional disparities. This paper has made some comments on the rural pension insurance system in ethnic mimority area, in order to promote the improvement of rural pension insurance system. |
