梳状聚氨酯/聚丙烯酸异冰片酯杂化乳液的制备与性能

摘    要:以丙烯酸异冰片酯(IBOA)为原料、梳状水性聚氨酯为分散剂,制备了梳状聚氨酯/聚丙烯酸异冰片酯(CWPU/PIA)杂化乳液,并采用红外光谱、透射电子显微镜、粒径分析、接触角等手段系统研究了丙烯酸异冰片酯含量对该杂化乳液性能的影响。结果表明:CWPU/PIA杂化乳液的粒子为以CWPU为壳,PIA为核构成的核-壳结构,粒子的粒径随IBOA含量的增加而增大,当IBOA的含量不大于40%时,CWPU/PIA杂化乳液粒子的粒径小于150nm;IBOA的含量对CWPU/PIA 胶膜的表面接触角影响不大,但对CWPU/PIA 胶膜的吸水率影响显著,随着IBOA含量的增加,胶膜的吸水率降低。

Abstract:Comb-branched water-borne polyurethane/poly(isobornyl acrylate) (CWPU/PIA) hybrid emulsions was prepared using isobornyl acrylate as raw materials and comb-branched water-borne polyurethane as dispersant. The effects of content of isobornyl acrylate on properties of CWPU/PIA hybrid emulsion were systematically investigated by means of Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, Transmission Electron Microscope, particle size distribution measurements and contact angle measurements. The results showed that CWPU/PIA hybrid emulsion particle has the core-shell structure composed of CWPU as shell and PIA as core. Its particle size was enlarged with increasing content of isobornyl acrylate. When mass percentage of isobornyl acrylate was below 40%, the average particle size of CWPU/PIA hybrid emulsion was smaller than 150 nm. The increasing content of isobornyl acrylate has no influence on contact angles of film of CWPU/IBOA, but water absorption of film was sharply decreased.
