摘    要:利用无机钼源和有机硫源作为原料,在表面活性剂的结构导向及超声波辅助下,通过水热法合成了纳米二硫化钼。采用X射线衍射、傅立叶红外光谱、透射电镜对其进行了表征,从微观结构理论的角度分析了CTAB的加入对反应过程和产物的影响。结果表明:CTAB的加入不仅可以有效地阻止产物微粒的团聚,还能够控制产物的形貌及物相,并且无需惰性气体保护的高温煅烧,即可在较低水热温度下直接获得粒径为10~20nm、六方晶相的超细2H-MoS2。
