车轴LZ50钢的酸洗试验设计

摘    要:试验设计的优点是用较少的试验次数来找出那些显著地影响指标Y的因子X以及因子X取何值时会使指标Y达到最佳值。车轴钢是太钢的重要战略品种,酸洗是车轴钢后处理的关键工序,酸洗质量的好坏直接影响车轴钢的表面质量。系统地阐述了试验设计在车轴钢酸洗试验过程中的应用,找到了最佳设计参数,使车轴钢酸洗质量得到明显改进。

Abstract:The advantage of DOE is to find the factor X having obvious influence on the indicator Y with less testing times and to determine what value of the factor X can make the indicator Y reach the best value.LZ50 axletree steel is an important strategic product of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co.The acid washing is a critical sequence of the post-processing of axletree steel.And the quality of the acid washing has direct influence on the surface quality of axletree steel.This paper expounds systematically the application of DOE in the acid washing and testing process of axletree steel,and finds the best design parameters,which makes the acid washing quality of axletree steel get obvious improvement.
