法理学探究式教学模式的实践与反思

摘    要:探究式教学改革力图转变传统的灌输式教学模式,培养和发展学生的学习自主能力。在法理学的教学改革实践中,在“以学习者为中心”的教学理念引导下,正逐步建立起一个由“一个中心、二个基本点、三项教学方法、四项学习技能”所构成的探究式教学模式的有机整体。

Abstract:The teaching mode is reformed from traditional indoctrinization education into research study, which may cultivate and develop the student's ability of independent study. In the practice of course of Jurisprudence, we are setting up a new teaching mode of "one center, two approaches, three methods and four skills" with the guidance of learner-centered teaching method.
