| 摘 要： | 地方高校的科研现状不容乐观,建设科研创新团队是解决这个现状的有效途径。组建科研创新团队的关键是建立合理的科研梯队;培养科研创新团队的沃土是地方研究和校本研究;对科研创新团队的管理首先要注重营造宽松的科研环境。

| Abstract: | The present situation of scientific research in local universities and colleges is not encouraging.Construction of research and innovation teams is an effective approach to the improvement of the situation.The crux of the construction of such teams is rational formation of a echelon of researchers,and the fertile soil for the culture of these teams is studies of local conditions and collated copies.As regards management of research and innovation teams,what is foremost is creation of a free and easy research environment. |
