径向水力喷射技术在史深100开发中的应用

摘    要:随着多年持续开发,史南油田的老井数量不断增加,开采难度越来越大,扩边新区井网与裂缝匹配难度大,而老区人工裂缝复杂,井网适应性差,平面、纵向注采矛盾突出,水淹水窜现象严重,一些区块无法实施压裂改造等工艺措施,而高压径向水力喷射技术提供了一种新的开采工艺.该技术具有定层位、定方位、定深度等优点,可以准确地对剩余油富集部位进行有目标的挖潜增产,其措施半径最长可达到100 m以上.到目前为止,该技术在史南油田现场应用4井次,为史南油田增产提供了一种经济高效的开采手段.

Abstract:The many-year development sees the increase of the used wells in Shinan and the increasing difficulties in old production. Extension of new well net cannot match well with the old wells in cracks. And there are some other problems: the artificial cracks are very complicated, the old well net is not easy to match the old, plane and vertical injection production contradicts each other, underwater channeling is serious, and the fracturing technology in some blocks is difficult to implement. High-pressure radical water jet technology is a new injection production technology, which features the determination of layers, direction and depth. With it the leftover oil section can be dug accurately and working radius can radiate over 100 meters. Till now, this technology has been used four times in Shinan oilfield and is an effective and economic means to the increase of Shinan old production.
