| 摘 要： | 目的：研究警察倒功训练导致颅脑损伤情况,为今后训练中预防损伤打下良好基础.方法：采用回顾性方法,调查某武警院校4届毕业生中练倒功时发生颅脑损伤的情况.包括：损伤类型,伤者开始训练倒功时间,致伤程度和预后.结果：100例颅脑损伤中,在前倒、后倒、侧倒训练中,后倒致伤者占76%;在各类伤型中以弥漫性脑损伤较多,其预后最差.结论：应采取有效措施预防倒功训练中官兵颅脑伤尤其是弥漫性脑损伤的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective： Research led police training inverted reactive brain injury cases, Training for the future lay a sound foundation for the prevention of injury. Methods. Retrospective Methods,A survey of graduates of four armed police academies to train in inverted reactive brain injury occurred when the situation. Including injury type ,the injured began training inverted reactive time,the extent injuries. Results ：100 cases of traumatic brain injury,the former down after down,side inverted training,the injuries were inverted after accounting for 76 %;Of the various types of injuries in a more diffuse brain injury,the worst prognosis. Conclusion：shall take effective measures to prevent inverted reactive brain injury in training officers and men in particular diffuse brain injury. |
