摘    要:通过以下方法对龟甲胶中的铬进行检测:龟甲胶样品经微波消解后,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铬含量.结果表明,铬在0~12.5μg/L范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9986,检出限为1.58ng/mL,平均加标回收率为94.8%.因此,认为这种方法可满足龟甲胶中微量铬含量的测定.

Determination of Chromium in Tortoise - shell Glue by Graphite Furnace with Microwave digestion

Abstract:To detect the chromium in the tortoise - shell glue through the following methods: tortoise - shell glue samples by microwave digestion, spectrophotometry for determination of chromium content by graphite furnace atomic absorption. The results show that, chromium in 0 ~ 12.5 μg/L showed a good linear relationship with theabsorbance range, the correlation coefficient r =0.998 6, the detection limit is 1.58 ng/mL, the average recovery is 94.8%. Therefore, this method can meet the determination of chromium content in the tortoise - shell glue.
