高校计算机网络技术专业多元化人才培养模式的探讨

目前，高校计算机网络技术专业人才培养不能适应用人单位的要求，对其存在的问题进行了如下分析：人才培养目标与职业定位不明确；人才培养模式单一及课程设置与市场需求脱节等．提出了“四结合”人才培养的新模式，即：理论教学与实践教学相结合；课程任务与项目驱动相结合；专业技能与资格认证相结合；专业综合实训与工程项目相结合．结合高校实际，提出了网络技术专业“四结合”人才培养模式的具体实践策略．
