摘    要:从影响低阶煤气化结渣的因素(煤质特性、操作条件)、结渣物的形成机理和预防措施方面,对低阶煤气化过程中的结渣特性进行了综述.指出煤质特性是低阶煤气化结渣的关键因素.当操作温度高于煤灰的烧结温度时,煤灰低熔点共融物的粘附作用引起半熔融态灰颗粒团聚,在流化床的“死区”易形成结渣物.阻熔剂和配煤都能改变低阶煤的气化结渣特性,但配煤的方法更为经济高效.

A Research Progess on Slagging Characteristics during Gasfication of Low - rank Coal

Abstract:The slagging characteristics of low - rank coal were reviewed from three aspects : the effecting fac- tors ( coal property and operating conditions) during gasification, the formation mechanism of slagging and preven- tion method. The results show that the key factor of slagging is coal property. When the operating temperature was higher than the sintering temperature of coal ash, the glomeration of half molten ash particles, and led to the additives and coal blending can effectively change the is more economical and effective.
