基于MATLAB/SIMULINK的机械传动试验台的仿真

摘    要:介绍了机械传动试验台的基本结构和运行原理。根据试验台各组成部分的基本方程式,利用MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下的基本模块,搭建了整个试验台系统动态仿真模型;使用逻辑控制对给定机械转速和输入转矩的试验台模型进行了仿真研究。结果表明该方法可以使试验台的实际机械转速和输入转矩跟随给定值。

Abstract:The structure and working principle of Test-Bed for Mechanical Drive (TBMD) were described. Based on the basic equations of TBMD, a dynamic model of TBMD was built up by relative blocks of MATLAB-SIMULINK integrating. The performance of TBMD was simulated under intended machine speed and load torque by using logical control. The results of simulation show that the method makes the real machine speed and load torque follow the intended value.
