便携式分光光度法测定水中水合肼的研究

摘    要:研究了便携式分光光度计在环境应急监测中对水中水合肼的测定方法,选取ZZW-Ⅱ水质多参数现场测试仪,研究了该仪器性能指标以及对实际水质样品测定.结果表明:ZZW-Ⅱ测试仪快速测定水中水合肼方法检出限为0.04 mg/L,测定下限为0.16 mg/L,加标回收率为84%~90%,相对标准偏差为0%~6.2%该仪器操作简单快捷,比较适合用于环境污染事故现场水合肼应急监测.

Abstract:Portable spectrophotometer was studied in the determination of hydrazine hydrate in sudden environmental pollution accident. Selecting ZZW-Ⅱportable spectrophotometer,we tested the performance indexes of instrumental method and determinating the arsenic in actual water samples. The experimental results showed that the detection limit of ZZW-Ⅱportable spectrophotometer was 0.04 mg/L,the determination lower limit 0.16 mg/L,the recoveries 84%-90%,and relative standard deviation 0-6.2%. The operation of ZZW-Ⅱportable spectrophotometer is simple and quick,which is suitable for sudden environmental pollution acciden of hydrazine hydrate in water.
