摘    要:新一轮科技革命和产业变革正在重塑全球竞争格局,各国逐渐将以人工智能为代表的新理论新技术纳入国家发展战略,而俄罗斯作为中国共建“一带一路”的重要伙伴,深化中俄两国在人工智能领域的合作对于“数字丝绸”战略落实具有重要意义。为此,本研究从专利视角出发,基于技术互补度与波士顿矩阵探究中俄在人工智能领域的合作方向,研究结果认为中俄在人工智能领域中自然语言处理、机器学习、智慧医疗等子领域存在深化合作空间,并提出中俄在以上子领域开展人工智能合作的实施路径,为中俄未来在人工智能领域的合作方向提供参考。

Abstract:A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is reshaping the global competitive landscape, and countries are gradually incorporating new theories and technologies represented by artificial intelligence into their national development strategies. As an important partner of China in the construction of "One Belt, One Road", Russia deepens the cooperation between the two countries in the field of artificial intelligence is of great significance to the implementation of the "Digital Silk" strategy. Therefore, from the perspective of patents, the article explores the direction of Sino-Russian cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence from the perspective of patents, based on the degree of technological complementarity and the Boston Matrix, the results of which suggest that there is room for deepening the cooperation between China and Russia in the field of artificial intelligence in the subfields of natural language processing, machine learning and smart medicine. This article also puts forward the implementation of cooperation between China and Russia in the above subfields, which will serve as a reference for the direction of future cooperation between China and Russia in the field of artificial intelligence.
