摘    要:美国作为最早系统地推行现代人才测评制度的国家,其人才测评很多理念和方法值得我们借鉴。分析美国人才测评制度的运行对我们建立科学的人才测评方法以及促进公务员队伍的优化和整个政府的高效运转具有重要的现实意义.

Abstract:As the first country to systematically promote the modern talent evaluation system, many ideas and methods about American talent evaluation system are worth using as reference for us. Analysis on such a system is of great importance to establishing scientific Chinese talent evaluation system, optimizing the team of government office workers and promoting the efficient functioning of the whole government.
