摘    要:本文应用熔融石英弹性毛细管柞气相色谱—质谱法和气相色谱—氢焰离子化检测器法,定性、定量分析了茶用天然增香剂中17种主体香成份,结果表明:该香精主体以乙酸乙酯、2—戊酮,2—甲基戊—3—醇、1—戊烯—3—醇、芳樟醇、2—松油醇,香叶醇和香叶醛为主,与茶叶天然香型相似。

Abstract:17 aroma constituents of natural tea-aroma enhanced perfume were analysed qualitatively and quantitively with fused-silica capillary column on GC/FID and GC/MS. As the result showed,main aroma constituents of perfume;including ethyl acetate,2-pcntanonc,2-melhylpentan-3-ol. l-pcntcn-3-ol,linalool,x-terpincol,gcraniol,and citral-a;are similar to lea.
