摘    要:首先利用压力传感器测试在实际施工过程中的臂架系统的液压特性曲线,以此作为机械臂有限元仿真分析的激励。同时利用应变花进行应力测试,用以验证仿真结果的准确性。改变油压特性曲线的峰值,仿真得到不同的结果。分析仿真结果,冲击状态下应力及振动比静止状态下大很多;减小液压特性曲线的峰值,相应的应力及振动减小。可以得出结论:在施工过程中,液压特性是影响机械臂受力和振动的重要因素。

Abstract:Firstly, the hydraulic characteristic curve of the boom system in the actual construction process is tested by the pressure sensor, which is used as the incentive for the finite element simulation analysis of the mechanical arm.At the same time, strain test is used to perform stress test to verify the accuracy of the simulation results.Changing the peak value of the hydraulic characteristic curve can result in different simulation results. Simulation results show that the stress and vibration under impact are much larger than which are at rest; The reduction of the peak value of the hydraulic characteristic curve will lead to the reduction of the corresponding stress and vibration.It can be concluded that the hydraulic characteristics are important factors affecting the force and vibration of the mechanical arm during the construction process.
