气相色谱法快速测定绝缘材料热解产物中CO_2含量

摘    要:采用压力平衡反吹技术及逸气分析/气相色谱在线联用手段对电机线圈绝缘材料环氧粉云母热解产物中的CO2含量进行测定。分析时间为12min,检出限为5×10-3mg/L.精密度为CV=2.82%.回收率为98.12%。

Rapid Determination of the Content of CO_2 in the Thermolysis Product of Insultant Materials by Means of Gas Chromatography

Abstract:The content of CO2 in the thermolysis preduct of electric machine's coils (epoxy glist powder) can be determined by the runaway gas instrument linked with the gas color spectrum device with the help of pressure balance back flow techhique. The analysis time is 12 minutes and the devection limit 5 ×10-3mg/L. The accuracy cv is 2. 82% and the recovery retio 98. 12%.
