| 摘 要： | 针对自动化专业PLC实验教学中存在的问题,介绍了设计PLC综合性实验的基本思路、实验内容设计方案以及设计实例。该综合实验包括PLC控制单元、上位机监控单元、MATLAB应用单元以及通信单元四部分,实验内容体现了交融性、灵活性及开放性的设计原则。教学实践表明：相比于以往的实验,PLC综合实验更为有效的促进了学生对专业知识的掌握,提高了其工程实践能力。

| Abstract: | Aiming at solutions to the problems in experimental teaching of PLC in automation specialty,a comprehensive experiment is designed,according to the principles of blend,flexible and openended.The experiment contains the following four parts： PLC control unit,upper computer monitoring unit,MATLAB application unit and communication unit.The teaching practice show that the comprehensive experiment could promote student＇s mastery of professional knowledge and improve their ability of engineering practice move effectively. |
