青海台南-涩北气田出砂机理及防砂技术研究

摘    要:青海柴达木盆地台南-涩北气田地层沉积期晚、埋藏浅、压实程度低、构造疏松,这是气田出砂的主要原因。该气田埋藏深度差别大,气层众多,气水关系复杂,防止地层出砂是一个具有实际意义的问题。因此,从资料分析、理论推导和实验,验证了气田出砂和油田出砂无论在机理和方向上都有很大的差异。从研究气田出砂机理入手,研究出一套完整的防砂工艺和方法,并且取得了良好的实施效果。

Abstract:Tainan-sebei gas field is characterized by young formation, shallow bury, light compaction and loose structure, which is a main reason of sand production in this gas field. It has multi-gas layers with different depth, complex relation between gas and water. So, sand control becomes a significant problem. Bydata analysis, theory calculating and experiment, gas field sandproduction is very different on mechanism and direction. Mechanism of the gas field sand control is studied and a complete sand control technology is developed, and a satisfactory practical result is achieved.
