铁浴式熔融还原型熔体的起泡性研究

摘    要:铁浴式熔融还原熔渣内FeO浓度高,使熔体的组成和性能具有特殊的行为,研究结果表明,铁浴式熔融还原熔渣会产生泡沫渣现象,泡沫渣的产生与渣中FeO的浓度及其还原浓度,熔渣的碱度等因素有关,在熔体添加焦碳颗粒能抑制熔渣的起泡,使熔渣的起泡能力降低或不起泡。

Abstract:The melts of smelting reduction with iron bath has peculiar behaviour for high concentration and high reduction rate of FeO.Testing results show that slag is sure foaming.The generation of the foaming slag is effected by FeO concentration and reduction rate as well as basicity of slag.Addition granulated coke can decrease foaming or without ability of foaming.
