| Abstract: | At present, as for the means of file management of institutions of higher learning, it is far from adapting itself to the new trend of the development of file work. Hence, it is quite necessary to establish the data base of computer catalogues in colleges and universities. To establish data base, we must strengthen its propaganda, intensify the consciousness of the leadership, win the support of leaders and ensure that money is available. We must use the effective policies and measures to realize the standardization and modernization of computer data base. |
