摘    要:人才的重要性已在全世界达成共识,但近年来员工流失成为中国企业面临的难题之一,尤其是核心员工的流失。本文分析了核心员工流失的五个原因,提出了企业要留住核心员工的六大对策,同时指出只有对核心员工的忠诚和业绩给予高度关注的企业才能在竞争中长期处于一种优势。

Keep Core Employees from Leaving is Crucial for Enterprises to Triumph in Competition

Abstract:Knowing importance of talents has become one of the necessities in organization management all over the world. But in China, talents leave their bosses so frequently and the phenomenon has turned into a big problem that enterprises have to face. Five main reasons that talents want to change their jobs so frequently are analyzed and six countermeasures are introduced to help to keep these core talents. Finally it comes to a conclusion that stress of employees' loyalty and outstanding achievement would help further sharpen the enterprises' competitive edges.
