| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代对人才结构的要求决定了高等教育必须注重学生创新思维、能力、人格的培养,因此创新教育成为了高校培养人才的永恒主题。作为高校三大支柱之一的图书馆也必然成为培养创新人才的重要基地。高校图书馆的资源、环境、信息服务等几个方面是图书馆开展创新教育的优势,但高校图书馆如何实施创新教育必须有切实可行的措施和手段。

| Abstract: | The special requirements of talented persons' structure in intelligence economy age have decided that higher education should attach importance to the cultivation of innovative thought,abilities,and personalities.Innovation cultivation is an eternal subject for universities to train qualified intellectuals and thus the library,one of the three major supports of universities,becomes an important base for cultivating such qualified intellectuals.The resources,environment and information service constitute the predominance that the library has to implement innovation education.There must be practical measures and methods to implement innovation education. |
