摘    要:
针对油田回注水质恶化的问题,用室内试验对现场管线注水的全过程进行模拟,试验管线装置与现场注水管线比例相等.试验分别获取了不同材质管线的水样,测定了各水样的相关水质指标和水中悬浮物的元素组成,并探讨了回注水质对注水管线的腐蚀和水质逐渐变差的原因.结果表明,管线的腐蚀对于回注水质中含油量和总悬浮固体含量的影响较大,通过对悬浮固体进行EDS能谱分析可得出管线腐蚀的产物对于回注水质恶化的影响作用,最终得出管线的腐蚀是引起回注水质恶化的主要原因.

Abstract:
In order to analysis shows that injection water quality for pipeline corrosion water quality of deterioration is the final whether to have a decisive role, through simulation of the field water flooding experiment method, simulated field pipeline of water injection process in the laboratory, respectively for different material pipeline of water samples, and the determination of the indices related to water quality of the water samples of elements, and suspended solids in water were analyzed. Simulation test results show that the corrosion of pipeline for oil content and total suspended solid content in the reinjection water quality, the influence of the final pipeline corrosion is the main cause of reinjection water quality deterioration.
