信息不对称条件下的辅导员激励机制研究

摘    要:国内目前的辅导员激励研究一般假设学校与辅导员之间的信息是对称的,辅导员的努力程度能够被观察到,这与现实情况不符。文章运用多任务委托——代理模型,分析辅导员在现行激励机制下的行为选择,并根据结论对辅导员激励机制提出建议:选聘合适对象,加强新辅导员的"期望管理";设计科学的考评制度,引导辅导员合理地对待各项工作;重视过程监督,提高学生评价的权重;严格执行考评办法,将考评结果与薪酬水平挂钩。

Abstract:The current domestic research on the incentive mechanism of college co unselors generally assumes the information between the college authority and the counselor is symmetric and the counselor's effort can be accurately evaluated,w hich does not match the reality.In the light of this,the paper analyzes the co unselors' behavior by using multi-task principal agent model,and proposes som e improvement measures according to the analysis done previously.Those measures are as follows:hiring the right people,strengthening "Expectation Management " to new counselors,designing a scientific appraisal system to guide the couns elor to treat their tasks reasonably,attaching great importance to the process of supervision,increasing the weight of the evaluation made by students,strict ly implementing of evaluation methods and linking the evaluation results with co unselors' salary.
