《统计学原理》教学方法谈

摘    要:《统计学原理》具有两个显的特点,其一是抽象性;基二是“三多两难”,既概念多、原理多、公式多、难理解、难记忆。针对这些特点,教师在教学中要把握重点,注意知识体系,摸索一条由特殊到一般,由知识点到知识线,进而串成知识链的教学方法,在传授知识的同时,培养学生分析和解决问题的能力及举一反三、触类旁通的本领,将《统计学原理》学活、学透。

Abstract:There are two noticeable characteristics of "Statistics Principle".One is abstraction,the other is "three many and two difficulty".That is, many concepts, many principles, many formule,difficult to understand and hard to memorize.In view of these characteristics,it is necessary for teachers to grasp main points and lay stress on the system of knowledge and probe into a teaching method--from particularity to generality,from points to lines and up to chains of knowledge.While passing on knowledge,teachers have to develop students' ability of analysing problems and solving problems so that students are able to master the skills needed for drawing inferences about other cases from one instance and for drawing an analogy.Thus students will learn the subject well.
