基于产权结构视角的中国职业足球治理效率研究

通过对中国职业联赛产权结构与治理结构发展脉络进行梳理,进行动态考量联赛产权结构变迁是如何影响治理目标、治理模式、治理机制从而影响联赛治理效率的。研究结果表明,中超公司产权结构外部表现为残缺性,内部表现为不合理性,从而导致中超公司的治理目标冲突、治理模式与市场经济相悖、治理机制失效,最终表现出联赛治理效率低下。然而改变中超公司的产权结构的外部残缺性,只有通过放权让利;改善中超公司产权结构的内部不合理性,可以通过明确中超公司国有股权主体;通过减持国有股权的比重,增大私有股权的比重,提高私有股东的表决权、决策权;通过变国有股为＂优先股＋1股黄金股＂。

Research on Chinese Professional Football Governance Efficiency Based on Property

Through sorting out the Chinese professional soccer league property structure and governance structure,considering dynamically of property structure is how to influence the governance efficiency by affecting league goal of governance,governance mode,governance mechanisms. The results showed that the ownership structure of super company is incomplete in external and unreasonable in internal,resulting in the super company＇s governance objectives conflict,governance model contrary to the market economy,governance mechanism fails,so the final show of football league governance in the inefficient. However,the super company＇s ownership structure is to change only through decentralization of power and transfer of profits;super company ownership structure is to improve internal irrationality,through clearing state-owned shares subject;through the reduction of the proportion of state-owned shares,increasing the private equity the proportion of the voting rights of the shareholders to improve private decision-making power;through varying state-owned shares to＂Preference ＋1 Golden Shares. ＂
