组合心理教学法在高校体育舞蹈教学中的实验研究

摘    要:为了探索更为有效的教学方法,促进体育舞蹈课堂教学氛围地改善,提高学生的心理健康水平和技能掌握水平。1]运用文献资料法、实验法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等多种研究方法,分析组合心理教学法运用到高校体育舞蹈教学中的情况,测试组合心理教学法的可行性和教学效果。结果表明:组合心理教学应用于高校体育舞舞蹈普修教学中具有可行性,能够取得较好效果:有利于提高学生自我放松的能力和心理健康水平;有利于提高学生对体育舞蹈学习的兴趣和主动性;有利于学生更好地掌握体育舞蹈技能。

Abstract:In order to explore the more effective teaching methods,promote the sports dance teaching atmosphere to improve,improve the students' psychological health level and skill level. This paper makes use of various research methods of literature,experiment method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,analysis of combination psychology teaching method used in college sports dance teaching,feasibility testing combination psychology teaching method and teaching effect. The results show that:the combination of psychologic teaching method in college sports dance course teaching is feasible,can achieve good effect: to improve the students' mood state,and improve the ability of students to relax myself,but also helps to improve the students' interest in learning and initiative. But the combination of psychological teaching method also has its limitation,in the process of application,should avoid weaknesses.
