2010-2013年第12届全运会周期江苏省体操队女子运动员损伤调查与分析

女子体操运动员具有训练周期短、专业化早的特点,近年来我国女子体操运动员的运动寿命有所延长,但仍然存在大量因伤病问题直接或间接导致较早结束运动生涯的运动员。通过文献资料﹑问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对2010-2013年第12届全运会周期中江苏体操女子运动员损伤的情况进行调查。结果表明：江苏体操女队运动员损伤的主要原因是教练员对损伤没有引起高度的重视;缺乏一定的理论知识;运动员技术掌握不精确;局部负担过重等,并针对此提出了相关的预防措施,以期为江苏江苏体操女队运动员训练时避免损伤提供参考,更好地提高竞技水平。

Investigation and Analysis on Injures of Female Gymnasts of Jiangsu Province Gymnastics Team during 12th National Game Cycle (2010-2013)

Gymnastics has the characteristics of earlier short periods of training and specialization. The athletic longevity of Chinese women gymnasts was prolonged in recent years,but there are still a large number of injury concerns,directly or indirectly,which would end their career early. The current injuries of female gymnasts of Jiangsu Province Gymnastics Team during the 12 th National Games cycle（2010-2013） was investigated by using a method of literature,questionnaire,statistics,etc. Results show the main reason for injuries of women gymnasts in Jiangsu Province is that coaches were not mindful of injuries,they lacked certain theoretical knowledge,and they were not able to correct technical mistakes gymnasts made immediately and provide prevention of sports injury. This guide will assist female gymnasts of Jiangsu Province Gymnastics Team to avoid injury while training and to improve their competitive level.
