掺稠化粉砂浆对砌体基本性能的影响研究

摘    要:砂浆与砌块的共同作用影响墙体系统的性能,砌筑砂浆是砌块之间的粘结材料,其质量的好坏对结构的受力性能和保温性能影响很大。通过掺入稠化粉的普通干混砂浆应用于砌体中,研究砌体的力学性能及砂浆的热工性能。试验结果表明,稠化粉的掺入改善了砌体的基本性能。通过研究为商品砂浆的推广建立一些理论基础。

Abstract:The interaction of mortar and block influences the performances of the wall system. The quality of the masonry mortar which is the adhesive material of blocks have great influence on mechanical properties and thermal insulation performance of structure. This paper studies mechanical properties of masonry and thermal performance of mortar through applying dry - mixed mortar mixed with thickening powder to masonry. The test results indicated that the basic performance of the masonry was improved. Through the research, theoretical basis for the popularization of mortar will be established.
