| 摘 要： | 目的：为了保证含草乌蒙药的安全、有效，测定在诃子汤里炮制3、5、7天的三批草乌的总乌头碱含量和中药制草乌的总乌头碱含量，并比较其总乌头碱的含量．方法：用酸性染料比色法进行测定．结果：在诃子汤里炮制3、5、7天的三批草乌的总乌头碱平均含量分别为5．201％，4．966％，4．861％，加样回收率为100．71％；CV（％）=0．602．结论：炮制时间长短不一之草乌的总乌头碱含量不一样，但均高于中药制草乌的总乌头碱含量．

| Abstract: | Objective:To assure the Mongolian Medicine potency and safety with Caowu.Methods:A comparison was made between the two content of total aconitine in Caowu using Mongolian Medicine preparing method and traditional chinese drug preparing method.The assaying were by acid-dye colorimetry.Results:The three growps Caowu's average contents of total aconitine are separately 5.201%,4.966%,4.861%,the rate of recovery is 100.71%;CV(%)0.602 using Mongolia Medicine preparing method.Conclution:The total aconitin contentis different with different preparing time and the content always is higher in Morgolian Medicine than in traditional chinese drug. |
