柴油机气体减压阀内部流场及结露机理研究

摘    要:应用计算流体力学(CFD)方法研究了某型减压阀的内部流场分布,对稳态工况的减压阀3维单相流模型进行了CFD数值模拟,并对模型进行了试验验证,证明了数值模拟模型的准确性.对阀门内部流道的质点流线特征、速度场、温度场情况进行了研究,结合试验观察到的减压阀内部结冰及外部凝露的结露现象,指出常规气源条件下,通流介质温度的降低和减压阀内部机械结构是导致阀门结露现象的主要因素,同时阐明了出现结露现象的基本机理.

Abstract:The inner fluid field of a gas PRV(pressure reducing valve) was studied by CFD(computational fluid dynamic) approach.The model of the three-dimensional flow field was numerically simulated,and the condensation of water founded in experiment into consideration was tested.In this study,the situational result is accord with the experiment one.The velocity contour,temperature field and streamline of the valve’s inner flow passage indicate that whether icing will occur with the normal gas source is concerned with the structure of the valve and the medium temperature.
