含阻振质量基座的圆柱壳隔振特性

摘    要:依据混合方法的基本原理,将计算模型划分为统计子系统和确定子系统,并给出混合方法的系统方程.应用能量平衡原理及互易原理,求解系统方程的能量,进而获得混合计算模型的响应预报.与统计能量法相比,该计算模型具有相对较少的自由度、较高的计算效率和精度.数值计算和模型试验结果表明:阻振质量基座对双层圆柱壳结构具有明显的隔振特性,采用含阻振质量的基座结构能有效阻隔结构中振动波的传递.

Abstract:Based on hybrid FE-SEA method,the structural model was divided into statistical systems and deterministic systems,and the system equations of hybrid method were given.The system energy was solved by using energy-balance method and reciprocity relationship.Then the response of hybrid FE-SEA model was received.Compared with statistic energy analysis method,the hybrid method with relatively few degrees of freedom and yielded a high accuracy with a smaller computational effort.The influence of vibration isolation mass on the vibration acceleration level of structural model was researched.It is proved that vibration isolation masses have a good effect on depressing structure-borne sound propagation from numerical computation analysis and experimental study.
