摘    要:建立了矩形管多点弯曲成形有限元模型.通过对比矩形管多点模具弯曲成形和整体模具弯曲成形的截面畸变率,证明了多点模具用于矩形管弯曲成形的可行性.分析了矩形管长度、宽度、高度、壁厚和弯曲半径对截面畸变率的影响,结果表明:矩形管越长、管壁越厚、曲半径越大,截面畸变率越小;矩形管截面越宽、越高,截面畸变率越大.对矩形管进行了多点弯曲成形实验,结果表明:矩形管成形效果较好,成形实验与数值模拟得到的截面畸变率基本一致.

Abstract:The finite element model of multi-point bend forming of rectangular tube was set up.The feasibility of multi-point die used for bend forming of rectangular tube was proved by comparing the ratio of section distortion generated by both multi-point die and integral die.The influence factors of section distortion were analyzed,such as the length,width,height,thickness,and bending radio of rectangular tube.The results show that the larger the length,thickness or beding radio of rectangular tube is,the smaller the ratio of section distortion is.The larger the width or height of rectangular tube is,the larger the ratio of section distortion is.The larger the bending radio of rectangular tube is,the smaller the ratio of section distortion is.The multi-point bend forming experiment of rectangular tube was carried out.The results show that the rectangular tube has good shape quality,and the ratio of section distortion of both experiment and numerical simulation is consistent.
