超声检测糖尿病患者无名动脉分叉处的临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨高频超声对糖尿病动脉硬化的诊断意义,比较颈部动脉斑块好发部位的差异,分析动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的独立危险因素。方法:使用彩色多普勒超声对58例糖尿病患者及41例非糖尿病患者进行检查,观察颈部动脉分叉处斑块形成情况,分析收缩压及糖化血红蛋白对斑块的影响。结果:糖尿病组颈部动脉斑块的发生率明显大于正常组,两组间有显著差异(P<0.05),年龄及与收缩压是动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的独立危险因素。正常对照组无名动脉分叉处粥样硬化斑块发生比例较糖尿病组高,二者差异显著(P<0.05)。左侧颈总动脉分叉处、右侧颈总动脉分叉处及无名动脉分叉处粥样硬化斑块的发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化的发生率明显高于正常人群,并随年龄及收缩压的增加而加重。无名动脉分叉处与颈总动脉分叉处同为动脉粥样硬化斑块的好发部位。
