| 摘 要： | 高等学校要担负起培养高素质的创新型及应用型人才的历史使命,就必须深化教育改革,构建新形势下的人才培养创新模式。以应用型人才培养为出发点,提出一种应用型人才培养模式,其中,专业模块化培养和工程实践是该培养模式的核心。提出了动态调整机制的新思路。

| Abstract: | In order to take on the historic mission of cultivating the high quality talents with innovation and application,the college or university should carry out the educated reforming and construct the talents cultivation model under the new situation.From the origination of the application talent training,an application talent model and the new idea of dynamic modulated mechanisms are presented,which are the core of professional modulate and engineering practice. |
