| 摘 要： | 为解决政府采购工作中存在的信息化程度低、不透明、不对称、分散化等问题,采用面向对象的软件分析与设计方法,分别从网络、软件两方面阐述了政府采购管理系统的设计与实现过程,方法中采用的内外网隔离数据同步技术,实现了运行于采购内网的政府采购管理系统和运行于采购外网的政府采购应用的有效集成,有效提高了系统的安全性。本系统采用B/S技术设计与研发,系统设计在需求上充分考虑了政府采购相关各部门应用需求,系统具有结构灵活、功能齐全、使用方便、安全可靠及可扩展性好等特点。研究结论:从科技手段上解决了政府采购工作成本、效率与质量问题,能很好地规范政府采购工作行为,真正体现政府采购制度的优越性。 |
