摘    要:饭店业属于劳动密集型行业,对人力资源的需求量较大。《劳动合同法》的颁布和实施对饭店行业的发展带来了巨大影响,尤其是在其人力资源成本与用工模式方面带了严峻的挑战。本文详细阐述了《劳动合同法》对饭店人工成本的影响,并为饭店针对性的提出了控制饭店人力资源成本的管理对策。

Abstract:As a labour-intensive industry, hotel industry has a large demand of human resources. The release of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Employment Contracts has greatly influenced the development of hotel industry. The paper analyzes the effect of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Employment Contracts on human resource cost in Chinese hotel industry, and makes some suggestions of controlling the human resources effectively.
