| Abstract: | Community self-governing is the target of constructing urban community.Those self-governed communities are the foundations of basic democratic and political construction.Through community investigation,the writer analyses the weak points and relevant causes of community building and community self-governing in Ningbo,and proposes relevant specific measures. |
