利率调节的市场化

我国目前利率管理存在一系列问题 ,如中央银行垄断利率调节 ,银行存贷利款利率实行最高限额管制 ,金融系统逃避管制等 ,说明了利率管理市场化是发展的必然趋势 .利率市场化对我国银行商业化建设、加强金融宏观调控、实现金融自由化以及抑制通贷膨胀具有积极的作用 .而且市场化的利率具有由市场内在的机制作用决定、直接作用于微观经济主体、与价格等经济杠杆相互协调自发的发挥调节功能等特点 .利率市场化改革应注重分阶段、分区域进行 ,加速基准利率的建设 ,充分发挥中央银行核心和主导作用

Market-Oriented Adjustment of Interest Rate

The paper demonstrates the inevitable trend of management of interest rate by marketing by elaborating on some problems existing in China present interest rate management,such as central band monopolizing adjustment of interest rate,interest rate on deposit and loan of banks adopting the highest limit control,financial system escaping from control regime and so on.Meanwhile,the papaer points out that market_oriented interest rate has active influence on China's bank commerial consturction,the strengthening financial microscopic adjustment,the realization of financill freedom and repression of inflation.In addition,market_oriented interest rate is characterized by being decided by internal market mechanism,directly acting on microeconomic subject and automatically adjusting co_ordinating with economic levers such as price China's market_oriented interest rate should be reformed in stages and in regions to speed up the construction of base interest rate and fully play the core and leading role of central bank.
