The success and failure of the future university physical education, in a large degree, depends on the qualities of the teachers of physical education,which greatly restrict the development of university physical culture.To raise the quality of the whole nation to meet the purpose of flourishing the nation with science and education,and to foster the new talents.For the 21st century ,university teachers of physical education must require 5 qualities,i.e.the quality of thought and morals,the quality of knowledge,the quality of teaching skills,the quality of scientific research and the ability to deal with the relationship among persons.
